Hi! (Scroll to skip the story for my policies and additional information) As a mom of two under two, the typical commission salon was no longer feasible for my family and the price of rental suites or chairs in the Ozaukee area can get to be outrageous, so with the support of my family, we decided to create the perfect space out of my home! This space isn't an ordinary space. My grandparents built our home back in the 1960's with the intent of running their real estate business out of the office that has a separate entry. After learning from his father and teaching his own children the ways of community outreach, entrepreneurship, and building lasting and meaningful relationships, my grandpa eventually passed away in 2017. My grandma sold us their home in Fall of 2021. Between marrying a handyman, having friendships with local plumbing and flooring specialists, a mom who is an accountant, a dad/grandpa/great-grandpa who owned successful businesses, my college degree, and personal experience in a hair salon, it feels serendipitous to open my own space; a space that has history and feels like home. My promise to you: I will keep my household duties separate from your appointment. You took the time to come into my home and choose me as your stylist. I promise that my kids and family pet will not be of disturbance during our appointment. I will not be switching laundry or starting dinner while you process! What I expect- I want the location of my home to be easy for you! I want your appointment time to be convenient and on your way to or from running errands or getting coffee, but please arrive on time. I am still a mom who will be watching her kids before and after appointments and coordinating childcare. With that said, feel free to bring your kids to your appointments (provided they're healthy!) Please, please, please try using the booking site first! This is the best way to ensure your appointment. I cannot promise that I will remember to book an appointment from a text received at 9 PM at night, for example. If you have difficulties, then reach out! I also want to try and limit how often I am on my phone while with my family and not "on the clock." Unhappy with results of hair- you can either receive one free do-over OR a refund. If you choose for me to re-do your hair, this must be the service originally discussed. i.e- If you decided to go brunette after years of blonding and don't like it, going back to blonde is a service charge. I will offer one free re-do if you are not pleased per calendar year. I must be notified within 4 days of the issue and the re-do service must be booked within 2 weeks of the original service. If you choose a refund, you will receive 100% of your service back but also have decided to part ways with me as your stylist. Sometimes we are not always compatible and that is okay! Tipping- I do not expect gratuity. In a commission salon, it was much appreciated. As a salon owner, it is not necessary. Parking- please park by the basketball hoop. Restroom- we have a first floor powder room available for use. Just keep in mind, we have a 155-lb dog who will either bark or beg for attention. No judging the messy house to and from! ADA accessibility- we do not have a wheelchair ramp. There is a step onto our porch and then a step into our home. I apologize for this inconvenience! Dog- our dog is not hypo-allergenic. He is not allowed in the salon space, and I promise to keep the first floor vacuumed to the best of my ability. I understand if allergies prevent me from being your stylist. Color line- I will be using Goldwell color and lightener. Other than Aveda, it is what I have the most experience with and do not want to be experimenting with new color lines on your hair! Updos/Event Styling- I am not proficient in bridal styling or updos. It is not something completely off the table in the future, as I plan to further my education and certifications in many ways. But, I'm an honest person, and admittedly, I am not great at them and want you to look your best on your special day. Vivid colors- I am not proficient at vivid colors- pink, blue, orange, purple, etc. If this is a service you want to book, a consultation will be required at least a day in advance so proper pricing is discussed and color is purchased.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your appointment 24-hours in advance, you will not be charged.
Every client is allowed ONE same-day cancellation without penalty within a calendar year. Clients who have canceled more than once within 24 hours will receive a charge that is 20% of the service booked.
